Vehicle Crime Prevention advice

There has been a spate of thefts from vehicles recently, this advice comes from NWK Neighbourhood Watch team:

As well as locking and alarming vehicles, it is advisable to:

- Remove any valuable or sentimental items;

- Secure items in boots or take them out if the vehicle is left unattended.

- Park in a secure car park or well-lit location whenever possible;

- Wipe away satnav suction marks, as sometimes these entice a thief to break in.
